In 2007 I started work for a Print National to create online ordering solutions for their print customers. I learned how to generate print ready PDF’s from variable data and after creating the product I was tasked with the job of helping to sell it to corporate customers.
After successfully obtaining a few major customers (Greater Bank, Mission Australia) I managed the product, it’s support, and user training. There were opportunities with Print National such as maintaining the code and databases for other distribution services.
My design and CSS experience increased during this time, I learned to use applications in the Adobe suite and discovered responsive web design. I started working for the business in Broadmeadow and we ended up moving all staff to the main factory in Lisarow. I increased the number of freelance projects I worked on and began incorporating hosting and management.
